I opened the firmware of  AFE44x0SPO2EVM in IAR and rebuild it, I find the following error: 

" Error[Pe020]: identifier"UPCS0" is undefined ".

How can I correct it?

I have the AFE4490SPO2evm and I would like to work with it in MATLAB in order to get data in realtime and to do the data processing. How can I get the data from the AFE4490SPO2evm to MATLAB (I need the heart Pulse and therefore I need data from one led only, preferable the red one)? I'm a little new at this and I need it for my final project. 

Plus, could anyone tell me what is the LEDS changing frequency?

In the GUI we provide with our EVM you can click on the ADC Capture & Analysis Tab. This is where your waveforms whould be after you have taken data. You can right click on one of the waveforms->Export->Export to Excel. This should allow you to get the data from either LED. Excel should open right after you click export to excel.

The Pulse Repetition Frequency can be found under the device configuration tab then under timing controls. I inserted a picture of that tab and circled the location.

I used your way but it is too complicated for a dummy user, therefore I don't want to use the GUI that you provide.  I need to get the data straight to MATLAB through a serial port because I need to create process the R-R intervals to calculate HRV parameters, that needs to be done in Matlab in realtime for a dummy user.
