By ADC with self-diagnosis(self-check), if there are some which suited demand spec. below, please let me know.

- 5Vcc
- Pipeline
- 14 bits～
- 64ksps

* When a device or the circumference broke down,short etc..., ADC which takes out an alert is looked for, but it is not found.
