Got some hope which am actually looking for .........

I guess we can configure ADS5281 to single data rate 0r single ended outputs ..... see page no:18 in that go to LVDS OUTPUT TIMING then we can find it 

 it is shwon that sdr rate http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ads5281.pdf

and should configure ad clk as single ended and L clk to be 12 times of that..

what do you say experts??? am i going anything wrong in that

    Hi, Sahitya

    This is regarding input clock interface which can be configured single ended CMOS or differential LVDS. The output of ADS5281 is still differential LVDS and this cannot be done with single ended.
