ADS5403 EVM

Hi,

I am trying to get the ADS5403 EVM to work with the TSW 1400 data capture board.  When using the High Speed Data Converter Pro GUI, it doesn't have the 5403 listed.

Is ther a .ini file that supports the ADS5403 EVM?

    In addition to the specific question.  How do we find out local support?

    Distributors, TI FAE, etc.

    Hi,

    What version of the HSDC Pro software are you using?  Is there a device selection for ADS5401-09?  We don't have an ini file for each individual device part number because there are so many devices that the device selection menu would become unwieldy.  And we couldn't just name the device ADS540x because there is an ADS5400 that is of a different device family.  Attached is the ini file for ADS5401-09.

    For links to local support, let me ask someone here how that is supposed to work or have someone else respond to that.  I would think someone would find that out from the main TI web page (http://www.ti.com/general/docs/contact.tsp for example) but I haven't had to do that myself.

    Thanks for your help.  I am using ver 2.10.01 of HSDC Pro.  It had the ADS5401-09 listed.  Once selected the software is working as expected.  Thanks again for your help!

    Hi,

    I did follow up with our marketing person, and the first place he went to was the web link I provided you.  It is kind of a busy page, but on there is on the lower right a link to authorized distributors.  Down the left side are phone numbers for a first starting point for most regions.  What is your company and location? With that I can be more specific on your local contacts.
