This is a quick question regarding the FPGA image loaded during the start of WaveVision 5. I am using the LM97600RB.
Where is the FPGA image stored? Does WaveVision 5 program the FPGA, or does it look up the image on the EEPROM?

Hi George,
When WaveVision5 installs on your PC, the FPGA bit image is stored here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\National Semiconductor\WaveVision5\hardware\fpga_images
There is an EEPROM on-board the LM97600RB which has been programmed, so that the software knows which .bit file to download to the board when the USB cable gets plugged in.
Kind regards,
Marjorie
I would imagine that the image for the LM97600RB is spio5.5_xc5vsx95t_lm97600.bit?
