I just installed the ACDpro Launcher installer. up to this point fine

my problem comes when try to open the application and try to install the plug ins.

it shows me the " no internet connection detected online functionality will be disable". but I am connected to the internet.

Hi Pedro,

It is better to post a question on a new thread than an old and closed thread. Also, your attachment did not get included.

Sometimes connections can get blocked from virus protection or other reasons so that it appears there is no connection to the internet. ADCPro and the plugins can be manually downloaded with a direct connection to the ftp site.

ftp://ftp.ti.com/pub/data_acquisition/ADCPro2/

To add to what Bob said, you can visit the product page for the EVM that you are using and there will be a link to the ADCPro plug-in. This link should always point to the latest software to avoid any confusion over multiple product versions.
