doubt in Tx_sdk_v1 EVM

Hi,

I have one doubt in using tx_sdk_v1. To generate the high voltage +/-50v voltage pulses we are giving the +/-50v power supplies to the pulser IC. But I want to generate the <50 v (15 or 20v ) pulses is it possible with this tx_sdk_v1 EVM.

For example If I want to generate +/- 15 v pulses at pulser output, how much voltage should I give to Vpp, Vnn. please clear my doubt.

Hi Chandu,

Please see my earlier reply. Basically, just apply +15V to VPP and -15V to VNN if you wan to generate +/-15V at the output.

Hello, I face the same problem.

If I use +-48V for VPP and VNN, can I take -48V for VSUB?

Can I turn on -48V first and then 3.3V, then 1.8V, then -10V, then 10V, and 48V at last?

Hi Frank,

Yes, you can connect the same supply to VNN and VSUB. Please make sure the output doesn't go too much lower than VNN during transient (overshoot). Less than 5% overshoot is reasonable.

You have to turn on -48V first, then 3.3V, 1.8V, -10V, 10V and then 48V. When turning off, you need to turn off the 48V, 10V, -10V, 1.8V, 3.3V and then last -48V.
