Hello,
finally I got ECG waveform from ADS1291, first waveform is screen catch of an simulater input, it is almost perfect as in most of the text books.
but for the next waveform, it is from my 12years old daughter. it looks a little different. I am not sure it's my ecg device introduced distortion or it is normal for a kid has this ECG.

Can you possibly share your expertise to newbie, I’m new here but I really interested in making ECG device using this ADS1291, until now, I still don’t know what is the problem in my circuit. Would you possibly check what is wrong with my circuit? And yes, the real problem is , is there any specific method to test whether the device is fine or not? Here is my attachment.
