ADS1243 Initial gain error

Hi,

I'm using the ADS1243 for TC measurements.

In the data sheet  are shown  system  performanc values with the comment : 

(1) Calibration can minimize these errors.

It seems that the given values are the minimized values (with calibration).

What is the initial gain error? I'll use a gain of 64 and have no possibility to adjust the system gain.

    Hi Steffan,

    The best approach is to issue the SELFGCAL initially using a gain of 1, then change the PGA to gain of 64 and issue the SELFOCAL.  Following the self calibration, you should then expect to see what is shown in the typical characteristics graphs.
