DAC1220 Command Register bit11

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC1220

Hi

The Command Register bit 11 is always '0' that is written in the datasheet.
But, bit 11 was '1' when our customer read the register using EVM.
Is this correct?

Regards,
PAN-M

  • Hi Pan-M,

This bit is a reserved bit and cannot be written.  When reading, it appears from some other documentation that I have that the bit will read 1 instead of 0.  This differs from what is shown in the DAC1220 datasheet.

    Best regards,
