Did you modify any of the installation locations or cancel any part of the installer?  The required LVRT files should have been installed onto your computer in the installer.

You might try to run the installer again.  If you still have problems, let us know.

Thanks, that definitely helped. We've now progressed to where the software fires up & gets to a point where it says:

DSP not ready...Retrying

At this point, I noticed that the digital display lights up. The digits look like an "S" but with the last segment of the "S" not lit up. I hope this makes sense.

Eventually, it says:

The firmware load has failed due to a timeout condition. Please reset the hardware to continue loading the firmware.

I tried pressing the reset button on the board but the only way to make the digital display clear is to unplug & replug power. BTW, I checked all the jumpers and made sure they were in the factory settings.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you look at the Device Manager, does the device show as "USBStyx" device or something else/unknown?
