Hi,
I am having difficulty with obtaining the correct output from an ADC0803LCN, please find attached connection diagram of how I have it exactly wired. Apologies as it was done in mspaint and is a bit of a mess, I am very much a beginner.
ADC0803LCN is powered from +5V connection on a NI DAQ I/O device, all grounding is also back to the same device.
At an input signal of 4.8V I am getting HIGH on pins 15, 16 only where I would hope to get HIGH on all pins(or most).
Any help would be great, thank you.
