We have produced about 3k product based on ads1291 and every thing was ok. our product measure the ecg signal using 1 lead ( 2 electrodes) . after we change the electrode producer , we start to have problem in pace detector circuit. while in our old product( no ads1291 ) both electrodes work fine.
The problem that when using the new electrodes the PGA output seems noisy and pace cant be detected , while the digital data still ok ! .
Here the shematics , please could you guide me to solve it. the output of ad623 is a nice ecg with old electrodes , but with new electrodes no ecg signal just noise! while in both electrodes the digital ecg is nice too ! what did we miss in the design ..!
