VA and VIO could it be different ?

Dear All:

 I use LMP90080 as AFE.

Can I give VA=DC 5V, and VIO= DC 3.3 V ?  interface with MSP430G by SPI and MSP430G is power with  DC 3.3V.

Sensor side is power by DC 5V.
