Difference between TRS3232E-Q1 and MAX3232E-Q1

What is the difference between these two parts TRS3232E-Q1 and MAX3232E-Q1, I have looked on the product pages and they seem to be very similar?

I am looking for a 1 or 2 channel Automotive RS232 transceiver and these two came up on the list but I am finding it hard to choose.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Different packages
ESD protection in TRS3232E.
TRS3232E is newer design

Thanks for your reply, so I will go with the TRS, what is the difference in the packages, they look the same TSSOP – PW, is it to do with the temperature rating?

MAX one looks like DIP in datasheet, sorry. The difference is temperature. trs3232e range is much better.

Thanks for your help, one more question:

Looking at the TRS3232E-Q1 datasheet it suggests 3.3 or 5V operation, can it be operated at 4.1V?

I can see "Operates With 3-V to 5.5-V VCC Supply" on the first page. 4.1V should be fine.
