in page 7 table 1. when PGA gain = 1.
ENOB = 2 log (VREF/( sqrt(2) * Gain * RMS Noise)) , Equation 3.
if I use the data in table 1.
2* log ( 2.42V / 1.414 * 1* 1.5 uV) = 12.11
so ENOB is 12.11, why the ENOB in table 1 is 20.1. do I misunderstand anyghing here? appreciate your help.
I always confuse with the relation about ENOB, SNR. which book or artical or paper clearly explain the ADC parameters?
