Hi,

I would like to find out the process technology of the 3.6 GSPS ADC, ADC12D1800RFIUT-12 and also if the part is GaAs, GaN or CMOS etc?

    The ADC12D1800RFIUT device and others in that family are pure CMOS silicon based devices.

    I am not allowed to disclose the geometry of the process. Is there a particular reason you want to know the process technology? Perhaps I can provide the information you need without sharing the geometry details.
