High Speed Data Converter Pro v2.4 stopped working

Can you let us know which ADC or DAC EVM you are using with the TSW1400EVM?

Also, was there a separate GUI installed for the device EVM?

Once we have this additional information we'll recommend what to try next.

I'm using TSW1400EVM wtih AFE5809EVM.

I also installed High Speed Data Converter Pro and AFE5809EVM GUI. But I didn't connect AFE5809EVM to TSW1400EVM before open the HSDC. I blugged TSW1400EVM's usb cable to pc and tried to open the HSDC.

Is there any solution? We can't start our project bacause of this problem.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? Please try this if you haven't.

I have a feeling that this has to do with the USB chip drivers. Can you try to open HSDCPro after unplugging all USB devices from the computer? Please report back with the results.

I tried to installing to different PC and I had same result. Is there any problem version 2.20 or I missed something?

I have tried the new version(v2.4) of HSDC but same problem is going on, nothing changed.

We have not seen any issues with out 64b win 7 tests.  It may be a regional issue - which region/language is your Win 7 installation?

We generally run/test on XP (32/64) and win7(64) in US, Europe, Asia and India without any issues.

Are you the administrator on this PC?

Does the message provide any other details you can share?

My win7 is Turkish language and I'm administrator user on my PC.

Is there any other requirement(dll file etc.) for HSDCP installation? I downloaded "slwc107g.zip" file from TI.com ,unpacked it and run the setup. I tried to open with/without plugged TSW1400evm board. Both way didn't work.

I'll try other win7 region and share the result.
