does tsw1400evm have on-borad clock?

The TSW1400 has a 100MHZ oscillator that is used for the DDR2 memory interface. This is a differential clock that connects to FPGA balls AP20 and AN20. There is also a SMA connector (J7) that connects to ball B18 and can be used as an input clock source. The User's Guide does not explain how to configure the FPGA for other applications. That is totally up to the user. The board was designed for interfacing to TI High Speed ADC and DAC LVDS and CMOS evaluation boards only.
