We have received some inquiries from our customer about VSP5640.
This is urgent matter, so we appreciate your prompt feedback.
Even if you don't have the exact answer for now, please inform of us possibly relevant info on question 1 and 2.
《way of setting for XP1 clock rate》
Our customer wants to configure "11.3. Fast Transfer Clock Pulse Setting" which is referred in 84p on the datasheet.
They want to select the clock rate of XP1, x1, x2 or x4 modes. But we cannot find any register settings how to configure
the clock rate of XP1 corresponding to MCLK, which is external source.
1. Now our customer has the below settings:
+ (028h)XP1_FC_SET0 XP1_FC_EN＝１
+ (029h)XP1_FC_SET1 all undined（dault value: 0）
+ (028h)XP1_FC_SET0 XP1_MSK_EN＝０(continuous clock output)
=> With this setting, the output pulse frequency from XP1 is 1/2 of MCLK.
Please tell us the exact register setting how to set the same clock rate of XP1 as MCLK(10MHz).
《where is "XPn_M0_P1"??》
2. Our customer cannot find out where the "XPn_M0_P1" is in the register map from the datasheet.
So, they also cannot understand ["If "XPn_MSK_EN" is "0", clock speed should be set by "XPn_M0_P1"]
(please refer to Figure 25. "XP1" Mask Setting on 88p of the datasheet)
Please tell us what "XPn_M0_P1" means and where it should be in the datasheet.
