ADS1299 Daisy Chain question

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS1299

Greetings! I am an engineering student working on my design project as a senior. I am using the ADS1299 (5 of them) to read EEG signals. I was looking at the datasheet and they give an equation:

N_devices=f_sclk/(f_dr*n_bits*n_channels+24)

My question is, what are the frequencies that correspond to f_dr and f_sclk? From what I can gahter in the sheet, the f_sclk is the sync clock that comes from the global clock. Going off that assumption, what is f_dr then? My initial response is "drive frequency" but I cant make sense of that.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but i've no experience in doing this, so I figured go to the people who do. Thanks!
