When I set the SELF_TEST of AFE5851, do I need to disconnect AFE5851's inputs?

Toshi,

The Input channels to the AFE on the EVM are AC-coupled on the EVM. Therefore, the DC value applied at the input capacitor is isolated from the AFE input. Are you using the EVM?
