You may want to check your firewall settings on your PC or via your IT department.  The ftp site is public and the link and current file should be valid.

I turned off my firewall and I changed my interent domain also, I mean I checked for downlad at department and at home, but still I receive the error "This webpage is not available". Is there anything to do, however it is very basic problem.

By the way, I am living in Turkey but I wanted one of my friends in US to deownload and send me the file by e-mail. But, she also recieved the same error "This webpage is not available". I think there is an error in the TI webpage. I bought ADS1278evm-pdk recently from your distributor Farnell but they forgot to put the software CD in the box they had send me, so I try to solve the problem using online webpage.

I also encounted the same problem.  It seems the link to the file is broken. When I tried to download some other plug-in ( such as ads1015-adcproplugin-2.0.0.exe), it works.  I have tried either directly download, or access through the adcpro_launcher, but neither worked.  Please advice how to solve the problem.
