Hi,

I see that this AFE is for Power Monitoring.

This AFE architecture can fit my demands but I am wondering if it can fit my Low Input Signal.

My input Signal is differential 0.5mV with a 1.5V offset.

Can it be a good fit for my resolution?

My Vref is 3V.

What are your concerns/requirements?

The ADS131E04 can accept input range is +/- Vref/Gain (see datasheet Electrical Characteristics), so you input signal should be OK. You can even set the gain to other than 1 to provide an effective increase is resolution for more accuracy

What about the EMI circuitry in the input, how this will effect low signals

Input EMI filter shouldn't impact low signals, as this is low pass RC filter with bandwidth 3MHz.
