ADS1258 fail after some minutes

Hi!

I am testing my board with ADS1258 and I realized after three minutes the oscillator generated via PLL is very very wrong. I have already changed the capacitors 4.7pF (Crystal 32.768kHz) and the IC but no success. I have an old board version and the problem not happens. Could you help me?

    Hi Galbas,

    What is the crystal part number and what value capacitor is connected to PLLCAP?

    The crystal could be specified for a different load capacitance. Also, using something other than a 22nF capacitor to AVSS could cause the PLL circuit to be unstable.
