ADS1282 problem with switching channel

Hi!

We use ADS1282 in prototype of our geo device (based on STM32F4Discovery). The are 2 accelerometers connected to both ADS channels. On each program cycle we switch channel from one accelerometer to other - and get data rate about 70sps. If we dont switch channel - data rate growing to 1000sps. Is it normal delay? ADS configured with default settings, SPI configured with datasheet information. How we can avoid that delay or reduce it?
