TVP5150AM1 XTAL/OSC Input clock

Hi,

I'm using 4 x TVP5150AM1 in my design, and i want to use to OSC option instead of crystal (14.32 OSC => 1:4 clock driver => 4x TVP5150AM1).

1.Can i use 14.32MHz Clock instead of 14.31818-MHz?

2.What is the voltage level for the input OSC clock? (Figure3-8 in the TVP5150AM1 D.S shows TTL clock, while the absolute max rating figure is –0.5Vto 2.3V)
