I want to ask if TX810 can use +5V single power supply. What's the difference between double and single power ?

David,

No, the TX810 requires the +/-5V for proper biasing. Without this, some internal diodes and FETs might not be able to turn on. Even if they do turn, they will greater impedance, which will result in higher noise.

Thank you for your help. Can the tx810 gain single current ? It means if tx810 can amplify current.

small single V,small single I -> TX810 -> small single V, large single I
