What is the manufacturer's max junction temperature or case temperature limit of the TLC5620C?

I can't search on datasheet.

    Seongll,

    TLC5620 is a fairly old device, and as with most old products there is rarely any auxiliary information available. All I can really do is estimate the junction temperature as ~71 degC based on typical theta-jA for a typical TSSOP and the max no load power consumption of the device.
