LMP90100's big noise at the first 30s in background mode

Hi, team,

I see this when test LMP90100 noise in background calibration mode.

 In the first 30 seconds, the noise is quite large, while it decreases after 30s and then stays. This situation does not happens without background calibration. Is it the character of LMP90100 that the noise is big when conversion start in background calibration mode? Thanks a lot.
