Hello folks,
could you help me regarding the temp range of ICL7135. We would like to use it in a range of -10 .. 85 deg C. The absolute maximum spec say 75 deg C max. operating temperature. Is any operation possible beyond this value? Would there be any data about accuracy and start of the device at higher or lower temperatures?
