ADS1282EVM-PDK does not work - firmware issue

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADCPRO, ADS1299
I have recently acquired a ADS1282-EVM-PDK (rev D) via your website. Upon connecting it using the supplied power adapter, an appropriate USB cable, a 10 volt power supply connected to the VA- and VA+ and after having installed the software on your website by following the online ADCPRO installation manual on 3 different PCs (WIndows 7 and Windows XP) it remains to be stuck at "DSP not ready (after the firmware download was successful). Retrying, resetting or waiting lead to a time out message. The LED displays a "b" with a missing stripe. The header jumpers  are left at the default state. The secondary driver (USB STyx) is never automatically loaded as what should be the case according to your manual.
An extensive internet search shows similar experiences, none of the solutions which have seemed to worked for these people were effective. We also tried installing the seperate drivers (MMB0) and installing the new NL-VISA drivers, as by manually installing the USB Styx driver.
It is my strong believe that the change in the revision of the MMB0 from C-> D without the corresponding firmware update of the MMB0 is the cause of the problems. A ADS1299 firmware loads is fine with the USB styx loading and the EVM displaying "connected".
Could you please send me an updated firmware for the revision D MMB0 compatible with revision D?
