ADS1198 unable to get started

Hi,

I cant initialize the ADS1198EVM. I got : "No firmware ...." and "download failed ..."

I have read concerning the posts for unable to initialize the ADS1198EVM.

J12 is connected correctly (short-circuit) , I have rev.D, and I already checked the switch reads open resistance.

What do I need?
What I can do?
