Can the analog video input handle 1315x480 (525 lines)?

    I am not exactly sure what you mean?

    The decoder converts an analog signal to a digital output with 720 samples per line.

    If your analog source conforms to the analog NTSC/PAL etc... standard then it will be decoded and converted to the digital domain with 720 samples per line.
