How can i get  the footprint symbol of ADS1610?

I tried Ultra Librarian 6.1.1  with 'ADS1610_PAP_64.bxl'.

but it doesn't work.

PADSTACK  WARNINGS:

Drill hole size is equal or larger than smallest pad size.

Pad will be drilled away.
