Hi

Although DAC8814 datasheet describe VOH (min) is 4V, Is it applied VDD is 3.3V?
If it is not , what value is VOH when VDD is 3.3V?

    Hi,

    The DAC8814 can be supplied with VDD ranging from 2.7 to 5.5V. The datasheet specifies the VOH (min) as 4V, which is a typo. The value of VOH depends on the supplied VDD voltage. The DAC8814 has a CMOS input and in your case with VDD of 3.3v, the VOH (min) should be about (3.3 - 0.7) 2.6V. Also keep in mind this VOH (min) is specified at 100µA current load.
