Hi,

I got an error message when recording more than 4 minutes of data. It seems that something crashes in the communication protocol. I would like to learn what causes the problem.

The %SpO2 & HR Display tab cannot capture more than 2 minutes of data.

%SpO2 & HR algorithm implemented is not accurate. So we do not plan to support this mode of operation in the newer version of the GUI.

Thanks! I was able to read the data coming from the device. It is a buffering issue that it crashes after receiving 0xffff packets of data.
