ADS1298 STATUS registers

Hello,


Acording to figure 36 (STATUS word content) I do not understand what FAULT_STATP, FAULT_STATN and GPIO mean. I assume that GPIO refers to the content of the GPIO pins of the ADS but, what about the other two?

The Status Word I am reading is:
1100000011 00110011 00110000

I am not using the GPIO pins of the ADS so the last bits are 0000. Are those 11 indicating a fault somewhere? where should i start looking (except for the first 11)?
