Hello,

I am currently working with a AFE4490, and I know that TI doesn't have any driver working with Labview.

I wanted to know if there was a way to recover the code generated by the GUI software to export it in Labview to see the changes in real time and over a period of several days. I discovered that Labview can read a pre-registered dll file. In which programmation language is the outgoing code of the GUI software?

Hi Damien,

The GUI itself is written in LabVIEW, so I am not quite sure what you mean. Are you asking for the LabVIEW source code? If so, unfortunately we do not give this out.

Could you describe what you are trying to achieve?

Hello,

In fact, the specification has changed since the last time. The board records values as a xps file (address of each operation). For example, the first operation is LED2STC, adress 0x01 and last write/read 0x0017C0. I would like to know how to encode this process in labview. The initialization of the board has already been done.

The main purpose of this experiment is to have the heart beat and oxygen levels of a mouse in real time labview.

Hello,

My supervisor was finally able to write information to the card from Labview. I am now responsible for collecting the information from excel file saved with the GUI to find the curves of red and infrared LEDs with labview. I got the two curves as I want, but I wanted to know what are the filtering operations made on the curves to extract the heartbeat rate and oxygen saturation, as this is the main objective of my program.

Hi Gui,

Do you know what to do with the raw data to get the cardiac frequency? I calculated %SPO2 by finding AC and DC levels.

sousVIdécoupage can cut the original signal into twelve parts, calculate the AC and DC components each time and calculate an average for more reliable results.
traitement solution 1 filters the signal but it still lacks the final step to calculate the heart rate.

Unfortunately, we do not offer software solutions. I recommend that you read some literature on the matter, such as the following book:

Hi Damien,

I am trying to build a labview programme for extracting heart rate signal from the AFE4400 EVM board. I am getting some data from AFE board into labview but the value of Red,IR are being constant.

Can you explain me how you are getting the continuous samples from AFE to Labview (if possible can you share the code your).
