The ADS5409 has an internal temperature sensor, which can be accessed via SPI register at address 2B. Unfortunately, the data sheet do not say how to convert the 9 bits data to temperature value. Many thanks for any help.

Hi,

I see this has come up and been posted before on the E2E forum, so this is something that needs to go into the next rev of the datasheet.

D8-D0 TEMP SENSOR Value of on chip temperature sensor (read only). Value is 2s complement of die temperature sensor in degree Celsius.

For example: 0x0032 equals 50 degC
