is it possible to do manual frequency shift within dynamic frequency range,

if yes than what is the process to do it??

    Yes, it is possible manually program the product using the device GUI.  Reference user's guide for instructions on setting the dip switch to USB control.  Then use GUI to program frequency.  All documents are located in the product folder on ti.com.
