The currents for IAVDD and IDVDD are shown on page 5 of the datasheet. When the START command is issued relative to the last SCLK falling edge of the START command (this is explained on page 26 of the datasheet), there will be 6994 tclk periods (Table 7) until the conversion completes and the device returns to sleep (when in single-shot mode). When using the internal oscillator the tclk period is 1/4.096MHz. This means the conversion will take about 1.708ms to complete. Also when using the internal oscillator you must add an additional 50us of on time for the oscillator to start and settle. So on time calculation will be about 1.785ms with 510uA for IAVDD, and off time the current is about 0.1uA typical. The IDVDD is 75uA typical during the on time and 0.3uA typical during the off time. Remember however that these values are only for the conversion and do include the IDAC currents if used.
