AFE4490 configuration problem

Hello,

I'm using AFE4490 with my own HW, I don't see any voltage in the LED driver output.

When I try the diagnostic I get in Register 30h the value 0x1E20

It seems like the device is in power down, and some problems, but I don't understand why..........

The power down pin is in High

Please advise....

Hello,

What voltages do you read on the BG, VCM and TX_REF pins?

Do you notice a 4MHz clock on the CLKOUT pin?

Can you check if the device registers have been configured correctly?

The diagnostic flag settings of 0x1E20 only indicate that the LEDs and Photodiode are not connected to your hardware.
