MSC1210 HCR0 and 1 setting changed

In U1 there is an HCR setting mismatch (HCR0 and HCR1) causing the board to enter an alarm condition.

After setting we did testing and found the HCR setting changed,but don't know the reason.

    Hi William,

    Welcome to the forum!  These are the hardware configuration registers.  MIght there have been a transient or supply brownout condition that took place?  Can you send me the markings on top of the MSC1210?
