Hi Xingqiao,

I'm not aware of any available long-term stability data for the ADS1259. This test was not always performed in the past, but it is becoming more common with newer devices.

As a rule of thumb you could estimate the long-term stability to be +/-100% of the max datasheet specified value. Refer to this article (IC Long-Term Stability) for an explain of where this rule of thumb comes from.
