Need an 18bit ADC with low input offset drift

Hi,

I was looking for a uni-polar ADC with the following specs

Nbits >= 18

Fs >= 1MSPS

Vref (3 to 5V)

Input offset voltage < 20 LSB.

Input offset drift with temp < 0.02 LSB/degC

Can anyone suggest ?

I tried looking at our search tables, but could not find any suitable.

Critical spec if the drift with temp.

    What is the application which need such strict temperature stability?

    May be in this case  it is better to provide temperature calibration to compensate drift.

    But from another side if I take your case for 100deg temperature range I've obtained 2LSB error over the range. This figure is close to the INL or DNL of the most ADC. So this mean that in system most impact will have the INL and DNL.
