Hello,

Our custom board is working now and we collect raw data and plot it by using matlab. We just want to confirm this waveform is correct or not

This is our waveform. It looks like the data is not correct but I don't know why the data seem to be periodical

Dat,

You are right. The data doesn't seem to be correct.

The data from the AFE is in 22-bit (MSB first) 2's complement format. The amplitude of the data seem to be greater than 22-bit. Can you check the raw data you received from the AFE in your Matlab code?

This PPG data looks very good with about 10.5% perfusion index.
