ADS42JB69EVM Export Waveform

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS42JB69EVM

Hello TI Community,

I have some questions concerning the ADS42JB69EVM Board. I have the following hardware components:

TSW14J56EVM FPGA Board

ADS42JB69EVM Eval Board

I Installed the High Speed Data Converter Pro v3.0 and the ADS42JBx9 GUI. Everything works fine. But I thought about somehow exporting the Captured Wafeform into a .csv file or something like that. So I put in a Sine-Signal with 1 MHz and set the ADC Data output rate to 250MHz. How can I get the initial sine-waveform back, so the amplitude-values of the ADC. Can I read them out somehow? I only see FFT and BITS options, but thats not the thing I want. I hope you can help me,

Greetings

  • Sven,

After you do a capture, in the top left of the HSDC Pro GUI, click on "File" then select "Save I32 Codes as CSV File. This will allow you save the ADC data as a .csv file. If you want to view the sinewave, in HSDC Pro GUI, click on the "Test Selection" button, then select "Time Domain". This will now display the ADC data as raw captured data instead of a FFT plot.
