Problems with the ADS42JB69EVM with TSW14J56EVM

I`m a student at Advantest since 2013. My recent project is to evaluate a ADS42JB69 Board. We received the ADS EVM Board and a TSW14J56EVM Board. I have certain problems concerning the functionality of the board.

I Connected both boards like the setup in the next post.

The steps I did perform:

1. I opened the ADS42JBx9 GUI Program
   1. Pressed LOAD and selected the ADS42JB69_LMK04828_settings.txt file
   2. Pressed SEND
   3. Closed the Program
2. I opened the High Speed Data Converter Pro v3.0
   1. 1. Selected the serial number
      2. Set the Data output Rate to 250M
      3. Set the Clk to 250MHz (Agilent E4425B)
      4. Downloaded the firmware TSW14J56_MC_FIRMWARE.rbf to the board
      5. Set the Input Frequency to 10 MHz in the software and at the Generator (Agilent 33522A)
      6. Selected Channel 2/2 and I can´t see anything. This happens 90% of the time, sometimes it works as I pull the cable out and put it back in again, but it´s rare.
3. How Can I Fix this problem, so that I can switch the input frequency and I see the FFT directly? I send you a picture how things look like at the moment.
