[Urgent]LMP90100 failure

When IC surface temperature is above 48。C, it can not work.

Anyone can offer suggestions? What's the reason and how to resolve?

    Hi Henry,

    as you can see from the DS, the part has been tested in a wide range of temperature. Are you sure that the problem is in the LMP90100 ?

    When you say "it can not work" what do you mean ?

    Do you mean that you cannot comunicate on the SPI bus ?  Please clarify and let me know.
